Gotsome leaf jobs to do this fall so i figured it was time to get a second blower so i bought a Husqvarna 580bts back pack blower and WOW what a difference over my handheld 125b.

Yeah, they blow like crazy.

I got an extra intermediate tube for mine. I prefer a longer tube with a more focused stream of air at times...better for scouring and blasting out drainage ditches and such.

Have you tried the flat high velocity nozzle? I find it to be all but unuseable...just can't hold the tube because it torques it downward so hard.

They recommend the accessory handle for using the flat nozzle. It's almost $100 and I can't see having to 2 hand a backpack blower tube! I'd like to see the arms of the guy who decided the flat nozzle was a good idea...maybe it was Popeye the Sailor Man after a can of spinach?
