Best sulky value for 36" hydro WB?

Cheapest x2 I have seen is 299 free shipping from russ power website or eBay. Anyone find it cheaper?

I use jungle wheels on my 36" Lesco. Yes they don't tie up nice like the velky, but the 2 tires seems to absorb more shock, pretty smooth in my opinion.
