Round up

I have been asked to bid some spraying of round up along some roadways and gravel areas and I am trying to figure how to charge them. This will all be spot spraying so the amount used will vary when called upon. The customer and I came to some even ground that it would best be bid on a per hour basis for the labor and then so much per gallon material used. My question is what does everyone think I should charge for a gallon of Round up mixed?

For spraying RU I get 10/gallon for broadcast or 15 for spot, but that Is material plus labor. Minimum stop is still 35 no matter what
