Need some help with a quote

I typically do lawn care and landscaping. I recently picked up a few commercial properties and they asked me if I could pressure wash the entry to the store front and remove the old gum, etc. I will have to rent the pressure washer, but at the same time, wouldn't have a problem buying my own set up to add the service. If the area to wash is 15 feet by 100 feet, can anyone provide me what the going rate might be to clean this? How much per square foot can a person get for this kind of service? If you are comfortable providing this type of info and don't want the world to view it, feel free to send me a PM and Id really appreciate the help. In case your worried about me being competition, im in texas....LOL...so if your in another state, Id say its pretty safe to say im not going to be a competitor.

Thanks in advance!

I also realize that PW pricing, (just like lawn care im sure) is very different from state to state, and even varies within. Im just trying to determine if I can add on this service, and don't want to be the lowballer. Ive learned that good quality work comes at a price, and sometimes you DO get what you pay for. Im not the cheapest lawn care guy out there, but my work has netted me many new customers. Thanks again. Oh, and before its mentioned, yes, Im currently going through ALL 39 pages on pressure washing within the forum....LOL. I did the same with lawn care. LOTS of research, and reading on what works, what don't, What's needed, etc..

10 to 20 cents/ft≤ for flatwork, depending on quantity of the chewing gum and get a unit that produces hot water if renting, and over 4 gpm.. A surface cleaner will help big time, but you will still need the wand to remove all the gum
