Monthly RU is a good idea, but you'll want CG pre-m for a couple of years, because the CG will take over a bed in no time, let alone a month... good luck...

Sounds like they added the beds after the lawn price was agreed upon... that's always a tough deal...
Maybe you got such asweet deal on the lawn becuz they assumed that your bid, included the beds...

I wish that were the case. When the bid was made, they weren't concerned about the beds, and neither was I. It was clear the beds weren't my responsibility. That has disintegrated over time and now the situation is what it is. That was 7 years ago. You can imagine the CG take over in that amount of time.
