this is why companies cant get people. I always read in magazines and forums "oh we can never find employees".

Seriously folks. What you are typing is "I don't have full time employment for you, I need you tomorrow, be perfect in every way, even though I an't even scratch up another ten hours a week to keep you gainfully employed and I didn't mention what I am willing to pay for the position, because it's really really low"
