telescopic light hanger
Have purchased several of these that were junk after a short time. Does anyone know where to get a good, heavy duty, aluminum, telescopic christmas light hanger? The longer the better. Thanks

Then, find a hook of your choice, I'd use a rubber coated hanger, and duct tape it to your pole.

I agree the heavy duty painter poles are the way to go. I have two 18' and one 24'.
You can also use a small paint roller frame screwed to the end of the pole as a hook. Just remove the part the roller pad goes on, leaving only the rod frame. You can then bend it to suit your needs. They are also great for take down. You can take down most homes without leaving the ground. |

I typically get 2-3 years out of the heavy duty ones.
