Bidding/Estimated Sod replacement

Hey guys. I'm here in Florida and had someone approach me about pulling up some old sod and replacing it with new.

I wanted to pick your thoughts on how you guys would estimate or bid on a project like this?

I stick to my standard dollar a sqft. Sod is nasty work in itself. At that rate I can include starter fert and top quality sod. This is for SA, I won't touch Bahia for any amount. Only cheapazzes want it.
