Best Answering Service ie Virtual Operator?

I've been using Answer America to take all my toll-free vanity #'s calls for over 2 years now with mixed reviews. Now for why im asking: Minutes after confirming delivery on a call-back with the wife that answered the husband calls to cancel because he didn't like the operators attitude earlier. "You'd have a better business if you kept your cell nearby and answered every call yourself". Needless-to-say there are too many benefits to list to keep the service. I thought id ask the experts here for a great company. Thanks
