theres this one guy around my town who charges $25 regardless of lawn size. I have seen his landscape work as well, its quite impressive actually. I just dont know how he stays in business low balling like that...

i try to get 35/ hr per man depending on the work it varies some customers i cut deal for if they have been with me awhile or are tight on money this year. Chain saw and tree work 50/hr and basic mowing is pretty much set rates most of my accounts are 20-30 dollar accounts

the two ponds take up two acres or so. and i dont have to trim the slope down to the ponds, if i did it would have to charge like $175 because the slopes are HUGE. but it only takes me 3 1/2 hrs or so for everything.
