Need some type of strong Cement/Bonding stuff

Don't know which name to call it but i mow a cemetery and had some kids knock over 10 grave stones about half of them are broken in half, and all of them have been separated from their bases, I need something strong to bond em back together and also bond them back to the bases. What do you guys recommend?

This is just an example......there are lots of natural stone epoxies out there. Grab several 2 x 4's as well to use as temporary supports. Hope they catch the pricks who caused all the disrespectful damage!!!

I know, worst part is this is a historic cemetery, Most of the stones knocked down were from the 1800's

If their caught...........left over epoxy should be used on the butt cheeks!
