Wouldnt know an exact percent but definitely could say that A LOT when back into business. Which is almost necessary to grow and go to a certain point that you make money and still have a good business.

This is bad practice. You need to know where every dime came from, went to and what your true cost of doing business is on every service you provide. Too many guys think money in pocket is profit.
