Does anyone know if there is a place that I can take classes on fertilization or on how I can become certified?

Call your state AG department. They are the ones that handle all that. It's all right there in front of you. All you have to do is look.

Like orangemower stated check with the State Dept. of Ag or your county Extension office.

Here in Maryland the the fert program to be certified is run thru the Ext. office with MD Dept. of Ag regulating it.
