does blackburn flag signs come with plastic stakes?

i used this guy from ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/100-Printed-...2&cmd=ViewItem they are expensive compared to most but last a long time, i've returned to yards a month later and the sign looked as it did the day i left it (some of my customers just get lazy). i'm thinking of buying 1000 from blackburn next time myself.. wondering if they come with the flag for their prices per 1000?

If you are looking for a simple yard sign. I bought mine from JD Landscapes. I had a stamp made with my info and stamped it at the bottom. I was not looking for anything custom so it worked for me.

R&D signs. They last awhile--I use the foot stakes, and I feel they are worth the extra 2 cents each. Company has good customer service too.

I didn't get all crazy on mine.. just front and back. Black letters on white background. Was less than 250 shipped for a 1000.
