Thoughts on this box truck!
Looking to pick up a small box truck to used for mowing/ irrigation repairs. Pulling a trailer all the time is getting old. Plus looking to save a lil money by getting a gas truck( well it sounds good lol). Plan is to put a ramp on back for mowers, no dovetail. Still want to be able to pull a trailer with the box truck is need be. Found this one local and the guy used it only for storage. He is willing to make a deal. Asking $2k obo. Its a 1995 E350, gas engine has 125k miles. In good shape. Going take some better pics now. Plan is a full wrap. tPics

Seems like a great idea i don't know how much gas it would save you though especially if you throw a trailer on it. Im looking into a box truck or NPR for next season just don't know if i can swing it yet.

The price is ok, looks a little rough in that picture. A ramp is goung to run another 1000$
Make darn sure that your mower will fit between the wheel wells. Most are around 48" |

You may discover pulling a trailer with that truck a challenge, especially if your not skilled with the use of your side view mirrors. A rear video cam might be a good investment in lieu of no rear view mirror.
