Guess I'm just old school. I don't do email, have only received one text from a customer just last week matter of fact. It can be said that if I want my business to grow (faster) I better get with the program. I basically have all the business I can do now. Have tried the employee route couple times it just didn't work for me. Perhaps in the future. I do mainly residential with a few comm. mixed in. On the last invoice for summer/fall work, before the winter starts, I hand deliver the invoice and talk with them. We discuss the past summer and talk about the next season coming. 2 new commercial clients for this year couldn't't believe that I hand deliver. They were surprised and impressed. It just showed them how I value their business. THAT can't be done by email or text. I have found by building a relationship my customers stay with me even if a lowballer comes by. The hardest part is getting the customer. Once you get them keep'm.
