It usually depends on number of vehicles. Best bet would be to contact them direct. You can find this info here: http://www.teletrac.com/contact

I am also interested in Trouck mounted GPS for several reasons. It would be nice to be able to push routes to something. Only one company I know of has an intergration package already for the scheduling software.

Teletrac does have a nice set up, the folks at US Fleet are very nice too

Xora was one of the programs that I was interested in. What did you think of it?

We recommend www.USfleettracking.com and have integrated them into CLIPxe so that you can see stops from CLIPxe in their maps. I think they have free demos on their site, they also offer no contract 10 second update plans for 30.00 a month.

It's pretty cool technology. I think they offer alerts, geofences, dispatch features, etc.

Haha Dave,

I was about to ask you how long have you used it and how well does it work, until I realized "OH...You're THAT Dave"....not just 'Dave'

Locqus tracks user phone/tablet for geo-location, schedules jobs, digital time cards, routes, and can run payments through it. We are a free system too, which is pretty cool. We also track vehicles themselves for $25/mo. We just launched a few weeks ago so we are are the latest and greatest! Definitely worth a look.

US Fleet Tracking with CLIP

CLIPxe would be able to keep track of all your scheduling, routing, job costing, revenue tracking, reporting, and lots more. Then to get the GPS tracking, like Dave was saying, we integrate with US Fleet Tracking. Our largest user of that integration has about 30 trucks and we haven't heard of any issues, so the system can definitely handle a lot!

We have that many trucks, and use CLIP but have a different GPS system.

How would changing to USFLEET systems affect how we currently use clip?
We do not use CLIP2GO, mainly because it relies on smart phones, which we don't have a reliable system to provide those to all our crews.

But we do have GPS on nearly every route/work truck.

Currently we use paper route sheets generated by clip and fill out and enter in by hand.
We track travel manual time manually?

It does integrate with CLIP2go, if you use it with CLIP2go then it will show all of the service calls in the USfleet tracking map, then you will see them disappear as the crew completes them. If you don't use clip2go you could still use it to upload all of the stops, then you could see when they complete each job.
