Winter Storage

What do you usually do with your equipment over the winter? Do you park them and not get them out until spring? Or do you start them up and let them run throughout the winter? What about changing oil? Wait until spring?

I run some fuel stabilizer in the gas, change the blades and make sure you clean the mowers really well before you put them away. I wait til spring to put fresh fluid in.
It's always a good idea to fix any and every problem you can before the start of the next season. Shop times around me are usually 6 to 8 weeks backed up in the spring.. Usually less if they know you make a living out of it they will put you up the front of the line

That's a great idea. Around here my mowers are usually parked January & February. Usually start on spring cleanup the first part of March so they don't sit too long.
