Same exact thing happened to me 2 months ago. my 2006 3500 dually driving bout 20 miles snapped the tie rod end and the truck started really shaking, i was glad i wasn't going that fast could have been bad.

Just picked up my truck. Everything covered under warranty. So glad to have my girl back. Time to get back to work.
