You have a solid work ethic which is rare in a person your age.

You are very concerned with your finished product.

The clean-up on repair and expansion is some of if not the cleanest i have ever seen.

You work for some extremely wealthy people. The odds are in your favor that you will be in the right place at the right time to be recognized for the work you do.

When the opportunity arrises i have a feeling that you won't screw it up and you will be rewarded.
