Bobcat MT52, with M06 backhoe,etc.for sale

2005 (manufactured October 7, 2005) Bobcat MT -52 mini track excavator with 510 hours. Included is a M06 backhoe attachment, riding platform, 16 inch digging bucket( never used), 12 inch trenching bucket, and 36" utility bucket. All items have been recently meticulously painted with bobcat factory colors -- smoke Grey, white, and orange (the insides of the utility and trenching buckets I sanded and primed with Rust- Oleum rust reformer). Some pieces that had rust on them were stripped to bare metal, primed, and painted with multiple topcoats. In addition all new decals have been installed. The machine was painted to make it look as nice as it runs, there were no defects prior to painting, just minor surface rust which is on practically every used Bobcat.

At 456 hours the right hydraulic motor was replaced brand-new as was the battery. The right track was replaced around 80 hours ago. The o-rings/seals for the backhoe lever controls were replaced 11/14/2012.

The backhoe and the machine perform perfectly as new. Starts right up and purrs.

I have owned the machine for five years and in that time I used it very sparingly (probably only 125 hours or so) only to plow snow and do a little moving of dirt. The backhoe attachment I used once during that time.

Compare this set-up with others listed on the internet that have comparable hours (and I have seen none that have been repainted). Many are for sale with over 1000 hours and are asking more than my price for just the machine. This set up new would be over $32,000. This is perfect for snow removal, construction, landscaping, etc. and with 23+ attachments available for this from snowblowers, augers, plows, tree grapples, brooms, the uses for this machine are endless.

Comes with operation and service manuals for both the machine and the backhoe.
