Used enclosed trailer I picked up

yup got it for $1100. Its a Wells Cargo 7x16 .seller wanted $1700 for it but think I got it at a great price. He said it was a 7x14 in hes ad but when I went to look at it,I had to measure it because it looked bigger then 14' long. just needed to replace some wood on the floor and drop down door and get some welding done to the hinge..put new tires on it also..but works great now..has pintle hook and brakes and all axles. Put up some hooks to hold my things plus it came with two shelves and the front to hold everything else. not a pretty trailer but its a lot better then my old open trailer. I sold my old 6x12 open trailer for $1300..i paid $600 without the trimmer racks i left on it for it 3 yrs ago....so i had $200 profit to put into this one.

Good buy. Would you be able to put a flip plate on the ramp door? Also im sure you can pop some rivets in that thing and not have a whole pile of $ in it. Nice find!

Ive thought about doing that but not sure it would really help that much as I have no problem getting my mowers loaded and unloaded the way it is now..Is it much of a difference with having it on there? if so, I may add one..Thanks

Well on my trailer the piano hinge broke on me mid day and it was aggravating getting on the ramp without it. How ever mine had a higher lip then yours does and rubber feet on the door as well. I just bout some heavy duty door hinges and screwed it back down works better than ever. Just an idea tho

I'm fairly certain that is an 8x16 judging by the walls and how they come over the fenders. I'm looking on my phone though so it's hard to say for sure
