RYAN GA30 riding aerator

Does anyone use a Ryan GA 30 for jobs other than golf courses?

Any info about this unit would be much appreciated.

I currently use one for lawn aeration. It works great! 30 inches. At a time and goes deeper than a walk behind. I have been thinking of selling it because I rarely use it.
