Bought it because I had a builder that I was doing work for was building 50 to 60 houses a year and a few out her builders and doing the small jobs when I have time ,, I decided to down size for the good of my family and just do lawn and landscape maintenance wish I could keep it but my plate is to full right now thanks for looking
