Wtb: Commercial mower w/ easy adjustable cutting height

Im in the looks for a decently used Commercial Mower. Look for a cutting width no bigger than 48 inches and it MUST have easy adjustable cutting height. I am open to walk behinds and ride-ons. Please do NOT send me residential mowers! I am looking for brands like Scag Exmark Toro Wright Stander John Deere etc. I am in Akron, Ohio willing to travel 2-3 hours. Thanks, Andy

A buddy of mine has gotten out of the business and has a 48" scag ultamate hydro walk behind with a new engine and clutch with about 100 hours on them for sale. $4000 and i beleave the sulkey is included.

I have a Kubota zg222 with 100hrs on it. It's a 2009. Kubota has a Hydrolic deck lift/ deck height adjustment. $4,000.
