John Deere 757 wiring question

I recently purchased a JD757 with out an engine at an auction that I am restoring. I put a 25hp Subaru engine on it and have it wired an running, but there are two extra wires on the harness to the engine that I can not account for. On the right harness: 5 wires; short brown to the starter solenoid, short green to fuel shut-off, short black to coils, long green ? and long tan or yellow ? If I am reading the wiring diagram correctly they should go to the voltage regulator, but in all the pictures I can find of the engine and VR on the internet I, The VR only looks like it accepts 3: one red from starter, and two from stator. In the pics on JD parts, the wiring harness shows these two wires very clearly.
