That's exactly what I came up with when I ran the sq ft through my formula. $50 per app. I would have offered a 5% discount if they pre-pay the whole season = $237.50 That doesn't include grub control for me.

The formula I use Is:
(1000 sqft X $4) + $20 = $ per app.
This is the high side. low side is
(100 sqft X $3.50) = $10 = $ per app for large properties with little or no weeds.

I'm Useing mostly Lesco products.

Hope this helps

Nobody in their right mind is going to pay $230.00 per ap for a standard subdivision 1/2 acre lot unless the material is gold. Around here, a 1/2 acre lot goes for around $55.00.

I don't quite understand what you mean by "we charge
3-4/thousand 2.5 for the acre ^ yards." Could you please say that so this old guy can understand. Not trying to be funny, just don;t understand what you mean.

I dont want to put my words in someone elses mouth. But, He meant he charges $3 to $4 per 1000sq ft of property. $2.50 per 1000sqft on over an acre.

For the sq footage you listed I would be at $40 per application. 5 step program for $200. I guess I am low, but thats what I would charge.
