If it's just what you need, then it sounds like it will fill the bill and the price is reasonable, and you can't beat the financing.

The only thing I don't like about it, is the non-commercial air filter. For me, I would be cleaning and/or replacing the air filter constantly and that's just a non-starter for commercial work, and actually just for personal use where I live. I went with a similar mower (Bob-Cat FastCat Pro), which was just a little less expensive, and uses similar components, but has the heavy-duty Donaldson style air filter.
