Aloft for fire ants?

Had breakfast with my chemical rep and he said aloft was going to be labeled for fire ants now. Says it would control for a year. Say price is less than top choice and close to generic fripinal.

So it looks like another combo product that will get most of our pest problems here....fire ants, grubs, etc.

Anyone heard this? Going to try it or keep your grub and Fire ant apps separate?

I use arena mainly for gurb problems I have had over the last few year. since I have used arena I also get fire ant control also.. I wouldnt say its one yr control but it does last all summer long until maybe nov until I have a fire ant here or there in my yard...

been using arena and get grub control fire ant control and chinch bug control...the grub and chinch control seems to last longer then the fire ant control...when I get a fire ant break out I just treat the mounds...
