Additional Winter Services?

With this winter being not so great in the area of snowfall, it's got me thinking about additional services I could offer in the wintertime & possibly continue in the summer months on the side.

Do any of you offer services outside of snow/ice management to stay busy in the wintertime? Even when the winters are great for snow I'd like to have services to offer during daytime hours.

Cheers

Additional Winter Services?

Trees I tend to do a lot of trimming and working towards getting my arborist certifications. Any time a client asks I try to push them to winter so I can stay busy then.
