yeah, i felt about the same with the frog, i have it in some of my advertising.. however, it doesn't have much to do with lawn care. Probably nothing more than an attention grabber. i'm more for the simple cleaner look.

how about the tailgate?? I think there is alot going on, but i wanted to cover that area as well. i mean, obviously it has to be centeted up a bit.. but basic idea. I figured i'd list services back there, then.. "and more.." because honestly, i don't know how much longer i will offer mowing, and i may add tree and shrub program next year.

Yup, center it up and I think that's a winner. You have all you need back there to get your message to potential customers: Name of company, contact info and services offered. Hopefully, someone sitting behind you stuck in traffic one day will give you a call (that is if they need your services). Quick question. How do you charge for aeration? When I had my first business, I didn't have enough people requesting the service to warrant buying a machine. The homeowner's that I did sell the service too, I had to rent a machine. Even then it was homeowner's asking me if I would aerate their lawns for them during the fall. I explained to them that I would have to rent the machine. They didn't mind, just wanted me to do the labor....lol

i just charge by the sq. ft., i don't aerate much. I have one, i am to high on price to get much of that type of work. running a walk behind aerator just plain sucks. My minimum price is about $75.00 for up to 3k, then i got a price per thousand sq. ft. for yards over that, i won't do anything over 12k because i got the walk behind. If its alot of obstacles or hilly i will add extra on for the degree of difficulty. I make sure its worth my while if i'm gonna aerate.

how about with the services on the door? getting close to getting this done trying to finalize things.

I am kinda unsure about the grass blades/lines on the truck bed. I just thought they looked cool, but probably not neccesary. it looks like its missing something without.. but wondering if they look "bad'?

Got it done today, it turned out great.. looks a little dull color wise and blury in the picture, but it looks really good in person, and is very easy to read everything.. I can see it good without my glasses, and that is saying alot.

Looks great. Take a hair dryer to the dealer sticker on the tail gate and peel it off. No sense letting a car dealer advertise on your truck
