There is a Tim Wallace Landscape Supply in Bolingbrook on boughton rd. The only other place I know of bulk colored mulch is in Lemont down by the canal. Hope this helps

As far as wholesalers go, I would try Land and Lakes or A. Block (A. Block assuming you'll be buying in volume). Land and Lakes sells red and brown color-enhanced products. 2012 price was $24.00/cy.
