Who out there is going this year?

I am going for a day, trade show only. It is my off year for Pesticide Recert.
Hoping for good weather to drive up to the Cities.

Not sure why I go every year, as I feel the show has had less to see the past couple years, but oh well I just want to talk and see GREEN.

I will be attending this year. Looking forward to it. Hope to see some new equipment releases and ideas.

Only two of us going? Don't worry guys, you wont have any snow to move so you might as well go.

lwnmwrman22 and myself have recert fri. I have a employee or two that ill take to the show and maybe some classes.

Me and my friend from WI will be attending all 3 days, mostly going for the 1hr classes but its good to see some of the new equipment also

Same here, not to mention the fact that the price went up by another $10.00 this year.

I would think that members would at least get a discounted rate!

I went today, opening day. You are DEAD RIGHT on the price to get into the show. $30 a person at the door?? I brought my folks with me (who helped watch my kids who I also brought along), they run a small nursery down in Iowa. Had to spend $60 to get in. Yikes.

As for the trade show - nothing really new. Saw the new Z Spray rackable unit. Ride on aerator is now Toro branded not Exmark. Same with the 21" single hydro. NO dual hydro WB aerator to be found. I always buy my Lawngrips boots at the show and the guy wasn't there. Also wanted to check out some mower sulkies and the only one there was Kage and it is $500.

Lastly, a minor thing, Bailey Nurseries did not have their baskets of Honeycrisp apples to take this year

Probably due to lack of apple crop this past season (March freeze).

That wasn't the only thing Bailey's didn't have this year.... Normally they have a nice crop of good looking girls working their booth not this year thou...:'(

Every think of taking the classes also? I went yesterday and took 3 great classes, one not so great.com. keynote speaker was decent. I'm also going today for 4 more classes I should find interesting, and fri for the recert for pesticide.

I have 1.3hr drive one way. $130 for the 3 day, $27 in parking, $126 in fuel ($283). So it costs something but 1 day is needed by law($161). The rest is education for cheap.

Ya, this was my off year for recert. Normally every two years I will take in some classes but it was a trade show only year this time.
