Estimate forms

We've been using a pretty generic estimate form for residential maintenance work. All landscaping and commercial is typed. We would like to get some sharp looking 2 part carbon-less estimate forms with our logo on there. Any ideas? Ive looked into NEBS, but their prices are absolutely outrageous. If we dont find anything we can just make our own and go to a printer, but thats time we just dont have right now.

I would suggest creating your own rather than using a generic one some one else created. It will help seperate you from your competition.
