Once again this year I am going to be sending out post cards to advertise. What days of the week in your experience or opinion are the best to send them out? I will be sending them out mid February

Depends on how you stamp them, If if are stamped 1st class people will get them in a day or 2. Postcard rate is longer.

no i mean are there days that people are more likely to take the time to read and look at my card rather than throw it away right away? like later in the week or earlier?

You have from the time they pick it up to the time they get in the house if they decide to look at it closely. So you need something flashy for them to keep reading it. Not so much time of the week/
