30 yarder would be plenty for that demo as long as the shed isn't complelty filled with crap. Growing up in the trash removal industry, you wouldn't believe how much contractors could pack into our containers, the key was though to create no dead space. Don't just randomly throw trash in the cotrainer, its more like a puzzle.

Curious why don't you use your skid and grapple bucket and your own trailer to haul? I hate to rent, its like pissing money away so just curious why waste the money paying someone else when for a couple extra hours of labor you could have all the money?

I'd be in it for the E50....
Of course, it always makes sense to use your own, but a new E50 to play with...
