Starting new company in dallas area need lots of info.

Hi guys/gals ,
I have been reading this site for the past few days and have gotten a great deal of information . I do however have a few qurstions. So I will recap quickly what I learned and if I mis anything please let me know.

I know I need a DBA and tax # an possibly a LLC to protect my assests

Equipment I have just basics mower edger , blower.

Need to get certification to do chemical applications to prevent weeds as well as apply nutrients.

As far as marketing I understand use of Craigslist yellow pages and door hangers . Where I get confused is the creation of the website so you get all the search engine tags. I saw places like godaddy . Where would you guys recommend .

Taxes I know are filed quarterly but how is this done.
