two year contract Hoa ?
I sent a HOA two year contract for fertilization, two payment options. First option per service. Second option per pay for first year 02-01-2012 and receive a discount final payment do 02-01-13 So here what happened received contract back with check paid in full for second option, but contract not signed. On 01-28-2013 received a call from HOA cancellation the service. The payment was do 02-01-13. The contract had a 60 day cancellation clause not a two day. What should I do?

Move on and focus on the customers that do want your business. I know its hard to do. It's hard for me. But, try not to dwell on it. You'll sleep better and you'll focus more on the good customers that want your business.

Forget it....obviously something didn't meet approval. I would think that the fertilize would be tied to mowing and a monthly charge. They don't like to see a big charge all a once. Their income comes in small pieces.
