When you guys are setting up clients with monthly payments do stretch them 8 or 12 months

I always just assumed for 8 months, kind of hard to cut the grass when there is a few inches of snow on the ground.

I was thinking of rolling plowing in for the accounts too so it would make a little more sense for them.

I feel like the whole world wants to make smaller payments on things and stretch them out. The 12 month plan would look a little more attractive to people. I could see how some people start to not like it come January if they're going to add plowing in there.

The best thing to do is ask.

Honestly my opinon pushing snow is its entirely another business, and should be treated as such. You can add services to extend your season such as mulching/spring pruning in early spring after the snow melts, late fall pruning/leaf removal, and pruning trees in winter.

I offer both. It's customer preference. I stop offering the 12 month in March though unless there is a 25% deposit, otherwise u will run into cash flow issues.

We do 10month march thru and inclu December, helps with cash flow for us as we'll as early season money. Has worked great for us, personal opinion about 12 month is Jan and Feb will be chasing money more than anything else.
