Books on estimating

I am planning on starting this season and I want to better understand the estimating process. I am wondering if anyone can recommend any good readings on the estimating process. I was on the planet land care network website and they sell a book called Pricing for the Green Industry, 3rd Edition by Frank Ross has anyone read that book its 120 for non members is it worth it? Any advice will be appreciated (website, books, etc.)

vander kooi has a good book on production times. they are a little fast, more ideal conditions. but it is a good book for time. then just apply your hourly rate.
