Ethanol free fuel cost
I'm considering switching 2 vp premixed ethanol free fuel for all my 2 stroke machines. My dealer carries 5gal containers, but I forget how much the cost is. Does anyone know? Thanks

Why spend all the extra money when you can add this to your fuel and have the same results at a much cheaper price.

Like I tell customers who ask me how much, as a general rule...
If you have to ask, chances are you can't afford it. But I am curious... How many folks even remember ethanol free fuel distinctly, specifically ran it in your equipment, and can tell me which problems they experienced that they never had before... Seriously, I am one of them and I don't expect a huge crowd. Because the stuff has been in our delivery system for more than a few years now, dang near a decade really. Folks out there will dump additives into their fuel systems... Additives to which they have no clue as to what they actually contain, because fuel additives do not provide us with a ready list of ingredients... They will dump that mysterious liquid gloop in their tanks... All the while cursing ethanol, the one ingredient we do know is in our fuel... For all their fuel-related problems. These same folks...
Will spend more money and effort... Dumping costly additives in their fuel systems while cursing... Additives which they have no clue as to the actual contents. Than money and effort it would have took to just put 93 octane premium gasoline in it. These people are saving money putting cheap regular, the cheapest regular they can find! And wonder why they're having problems, which logically leads us all to the ethanol. These very same people will curse again... Once the ethanol is removed. I'm willing to bet it's north of $10 a gallon, and probably more like $15.

I bought 5 gal of the VP 4-cycle unleaded 94 octane fuel about 1 1/2 years ago at an OPE dealer open house. I got it at a discount and it still cost over $11.00/gal. The aroma of that gas was totally different than what you buy at the pump and it was as clear as bottled water.

Thanks for the replies. I think it was around $50-60 for the 5gal. Too expensive for the volume I need. I do have Startron additives for both gas and diesel. I always forget to use it. I will start with that.
