What is your closing percentage?

If you give 10 bids for landscape and garden care, what is your closing rate? I only want to know from guys that do full maintenance. No install, irrigation, or mow only.

It's dropped over the last couple of years from about 50% to around 10%.....the CL lowballer effect. I have fixed costs and can't compete. My commercials remain steady at around 60%. I think this is because I maintain my insurance, Workman's comp, and bonding ( I'm a contractor too so we can do fences and decks).

We're close to 50% I believe for residential and 0% for commercial. That zero isn't exaggerated either. We can't land commercial work at all due to the excessive amount of lowballers in this region.
