We're on the program of getting paid on the 2nd and 16th, and we're using a payroll service.

I'm getting paid salary plus a percentage of piece work. It's kinda lame the way it's set up because my mid-month check is half my monthly salary, and the check at the beginning of the month is half salary plus piece work, or "commission" as my boss would call it.
