Here are few pictures of our main office building. Sadly we have to keep
the blinds all closed so nobody can peek inside.



This one is a shot off to the left of the entrance walkway.



This is the room as you enter the building. We got a refrig and microwave
Got a couple TVs



This is the main office of one of the owners..notice the straight chair
used when discussing problems with crew chiefs



This is the office for the other owner...he has got a setup for his dog
He is the irrigator



And one of the most important places



There is one more room but it is stacked with furniture...we was setting
up a place for the workers to stay if necessary.

This gives a little insight of changing hydro oil in the transaxle Snapper WB. The first thing I do is get the rear tires up on blocks so I can get under the unit.



Snapper has a guard that is mounted with three self threaded bolts that must be taken off before unscrewing the filter.




Now the tough part is getting the plug out at the top of transaxle. The
hex head tool is sticking out of it. This allows air to escape when you are refilling the oil. Unless this is removed it days hours to refill.



I first tried to get it loose with socket and no go. I had to get an air
wrench on it. I took this plug out two years in a row and it is still very
hard to remove.




Once it is drained then I put the jack stands under the back and fill it
up. Then I run the unit in place. Year four on this sw20 so still got fingars crossed on reliability.

Alright so your office is the big fancy one. Then the other one with the doggie bed is your sons correct? This one of the owners stuff confuses me.

The business is owned and run by my two sons. I take pictures and make posts.

Well it is the end of the line for this tiller. Brought it in for yearly check and no spark so next stop junk dealer I guess. Got if for $200 about 30 years ago.



This is one of our two 32" units. Yes put them back in service after sitting on side lines for about 10 years. Workers find them to be light weight and easy to get around since they are belt driven.



This is the second time for replacing these bearings on our old 36" hdro with floating deck. It must be over 12 yiears old.



I guess this is the source for the leaking......unit has run full year
in the field with out a cleaning. I do all maintenance in teh field so
not possible to clean this stuff off.



Nice overall coating of dust. Unit has original pumps.

One place is that pressure relief valve. The guys use them a lot
now that I got wb in the trailer side by side. Hard to start a unit up
against the side of trailer. That is one down side of the high sides on the trailers but I still like them.

I put a new air filter on the old 36" unit which has a one year old Kohlar on it. Got this filter out of the trash at the dealer. I thought it might make it harder to start but doesn't seem to.



I always tell people not to wash their mowers and here is the reason why not. If this dust gets wet it definitely will cause a problem. This is just a one year amount of dust I blow them out yearly.

Eck..... I dialectric'd (spelling?) greased all mine. I kept my mowers clean and wax'ed as much as possible. Rust can set in anytime, its wisconsin everything rusts, but keeps a professional appearence and shows that I take pride in my work and the equipment to accomplish that.
