Getting the chipper ready for a clearing job at one restaurant. There was water in both cylinders. I don't understand the unit has tarp. The bottom of the muffler is gone so I plan to insulate the oil filter since it is getting hot.

Once a year I round up the chainsaws and sharpen chains and put in stabil. We have accumulated 13 over the years and all running.
The old one with wire to hold together started up after sitting trailer all year...a couple had cracked primer bulbs but started right up.

Out mulching leaves and when I was headed home looked over and seen this guy. People were driving past just like nothing unusual. The temperature was 37F and drizzling rain, nasty day. I called it in and then tried to determine if he was alive. I finally determined he was breathing.

I'll admit i was a little afraid to shake him. He had his medicine sticking out of coat pocket.

About 1960 IBM bought this big farm at the edge of Austin. They proceeded to build a major size development and manufacturing facility. They employed several thousand of us.

Then around 2000 they started shutting down manufacturing and began to sell off the property. One of the building made full PC size circuit boards. The bulldozer came and today this is just a major hub in our city...Domain. It is like a small town. These pictures are only a very small part. I was a little afraid I would get lost it is hihg density with emphasis on foot traffic.

IBM still has a multistory building and many building across from it.

And it came from a person that bought the house with a mowing contract payed by the seller. So I befriend them and offer ongoing price of $25 with free aeration and $10 fertilize. What to do with flower?
