Few more pics of the building. My bay would run the whole rightside the building and use of the yard on the left side the building. I could enter through front the building or a small door on back side the building. I could drive around the back of the yard along the canal and along the side yard.

Its a safe area and well patrolled. My buddy has his whole rental fleet of equipment out infront his building and has never had an issue. Going 2morrow to see about making a deal. .

Well i made a deal on leasing the bay and some yard space. $400/month and i keep grass the grass cut. Going to start moving my stuff next week. Also has an office that looks into my bay.

Im excited. Finally have my own shop space. Plus its like 6 blocks from my house. Ill save atleast $200/month in fuel not having to drive so far to get my equipment.

That's great, a 10'x30' mini storage here is $165/ month.
