The speeds are the same as a self propelled, about 4km/hr or something along those lines, its actually very nimble for its size and will probably behave like a heavy duty 21" mower that may weight 120lb+, this model is 170 or so, its seems very nice, I just hope it cuts well, which I'm sure is what most people are concerned about.

Very true, but there have been many mixed reveiws on the Timemaster, its more to due with this new style of mower, there hasn't been one like it before, I agree that both Toro and Exmark make an excellent product.
