Advertise new neighborhoods now or wait?

I am trying to grow my business and make more money. They are building new neighborhoods right down the street from me. Should I go advertise now to the new homes that people live in or wait for spring to come? I am thinking now because I am afraid that if I wait the lawns will be taken by then. Any help or opinions would be nice.

Don't put off 'til tomorrow what you can do today! Go for it and get the jump on anyone else. Put in a "new homeowner special".

Go ahead and get your name out there. There will be many other companies of all walks trying to grab their business as well. Creativity and image will be key to separate you from the pack.
