Not great. The motor went out with about 5 hours on it. It was around $7000 to repair. It also needed around $4000 in repairs when we got it so we are in a bit more than we would like. The good is we got it for a good deal and are still into it for a fair price but now it should be solid for awhile. It just means we are committed to owning it for awhile to make our money back.
Other than that no complaints.

When you have systems, you have control.

Just got done doing that. The shop did not have drains but we put them in when we moved in. We have not had water though for 2 weeks. Our water line from the main into the building froze and we finally got it clear yesterday. You don't realize how much you like/need water until you don't have it.
When we remodeled we put a 2 hose connections in in opposite corners so we can reach anything in the shop with water. Hot and cold. We also put in a fill line for filling water tanks or fert/weed control tanks.

I remember you posting that in the MN plowsite thread about your lines freezing, this winter is insane. I'm tired of the cold to say the least.

How hard of a process was that to do? Or did you have a contractor do it? Where do you have the water drain to? In the next year or so I want to buy a house w/ land and a shop, the garage & shop will definitely have to have drains along with a water source for washing equipment, filling tanks, etc.

We tried to clear it with our welder but could not get ti to work. We then had a company come out and shoot a jetter lines down with hot water but the line got hung up and it had to be cut off and left in the pipe. Then yesterday we had a welder come out with a bigger unit and he was able to thaw the pipes in 2 hours. So in total we have around $1000 into it to get it going again. We now leave the water on to keep it moving so it doesn't freeze again.

I was lucky to be able to go down to Las Vegas for a few days for Conexpo 2014.
Here are a few pics from the trip. It's impossible to show how big the convention really is but it cover close to 60 Acres of space.

Valley Crest has the contract for maintaining the center of the Strip.

This is the stone they are laying out front of the Cosmopolitan. Each piece is about 3"x3". All done by hand. There is probably 20k-30k sqft to do.
