Rocker Panels

I went and looked at a truck today. One thing the truck really needed is new rockers. Question is how much are they normally to buy and get installed.
Truck is a chevy 1500 single cab. I was just trying to get a rough idea. Any help would be great!

you can buy rockerpanels at most auto parts stores for those trucks ,they go on fairly easily but real body shops seem to charge the heck out of a job like that around here anyway .You can get them on yourself in a morning if your reasonably handy ,then finish to your liking although usually it seems most home guys just gravel guard the bottom foot of the truck and leave them .
